Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or hire Wesley Chapel Epoxy Floors, a flooring contractor in Wesley Chapel, FL, for work at your home or business. By browsing the site, asking for an estimate or booking a job with us, you agree to them.

If a signed estimate or contract for your job says something different from this page, the signed document controls for that job. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the site or book work with us.

What we do

We install and repair concrete floors and coatings. That includes epoxy, polyaspartic and metallic coatings, polished and stained concrete, overlays, sealing, grinding and surface preparation, and pool deck work. You can see the full list on our home page, and you can read more about how we work on our about page.

What's on this website is general information to help you understand the work. It isn't a quote, a promise of a result or advice for your particular floor, because every slab is different and we only know what yours needs once we've seen it.

Estimates and pricing

Our estimates are free and done in person, and asking for one doesn't commit you to anything. Your estimate lists the work, the materials and the price, based on what we can see and measure at the visit.

Some conditions only show up once the job is open, like moisture coming up through the slab, deep cracks, or an old coating that won't come off the way we expected. If we find something like that, we'll stop, explain it and give you the added cost in writing, and we won't do extra work until you approve it.

An estimate is good for the period written on it. After that, material prices and our schedule may have changed, so we may need to update it.

Scheduling, weather and cancellation

We'll agree on a start date with you and do our best to keep it. Coatings need the right temperature and humidity to cure, so rain, heavy humidity or a delay on an earlier job can push your date, and we'll let you know as soon as we know.

If you need to cancel or move your job, call us at (813) 471-5856 as early as you can. If we've already ordered materials made or mixed for your job, or started the work, you may owe for those costs as your estimate or contract states.

You're responsible for clearing the work area and giving us access to it, plus water and power, on the day we start. If we arrive and can't begin because of that, we may need to reschedule.

Payment

Any deposit, the payment schedule and the ways you can pay are written on your estimate or contract. Final payment is due when the work is complete unless your contract says otherwise.

If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's settled, and you may be responsible for reasonable costs of collecting what's owed, as far as Florida law allows.

Our guarantee and warranty limits

We stand behind our work, and if you're not satisfied, tell us and we'll make it right. Any written warranty for your floor, including how long it lasts and what it covers, is the one given on your contract or by the coating maker.

A warranty doesn't cover damage from misuse, chemicals or spills left sitting, hot tires on a coating that hasn't fully cured, cleaning products the maker warns against, settling or cracking in the concrete underneath, or moisture problems in the slab that weren't part of the job. It also doesn't cover normal wear, like scuffs or loss of shine in high-traffic spots.

Apart from what's written in your contract or the maker's warranty, the website and our services are provided as they are, without other promises, to the extent the law allows.

Limits on our liability

To the extent Florida law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or follow-on losses, like lost use of your garage or lost business while a floor cures. Our total liability for any claim about a job is limited to what you paid us for that job.

We're not responsible for how you use the information on this website or for the content of outside sites we link to. Nothing on this page limits any right you have that the law doesn't let a business take away.

Settling a disagreement

If something goes wrong, call or write to us first, because most problems get sorted out quickly once we come back out and look at the floor together. We'll work with you in good faith to fix it.

If we can't resolve it that way, either of us can take the matter to the courts that serve Wesley Chapel, Florida.

Which law applies

These terms, and any work we do for you, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page from time to time, and the version posted here is the one in effect. Changes won't alter a contract you've already signed with us.
