What this policy covers
Wesley Chapel Epoxy Floors is a flooring contractor in Wesley Chapel, FL. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, call us or ask for an estimate, how we use it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it.
It applies to this website and to the contact you have with us through it. If you want to know more about who we are before reading on, our about page has the background, and our home page lists the work we do.
Information you give us
Most of what we know about you comes from you. When you fill out our estimate form, call us at (813) 471-5856 or email us, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and details about the job, such as the size of the floor, its condition and photos you choose to send.
We ask for this because we can't schedule an in-person estimate or give you a useful answer without knowing who you are, where the floor is and what it needs. You don't have to give us anything you're not comfortable sharing, though leaving out contact details means we can't get back to you.
Our contact form runs on an outside form service, so what you type into it is collected and stored by that service and passed to us. That service handles your entries under its own privacy terms.
Information collected automatically
When you browse the site, some information is collected without you typing it in. This can include your browser and device type, the pages you look at, how long you stay, the page that sent you here and a general location based on your internet address.
We may use analytics tools to see which pages people read and where they leave, so we can make the site easier to use. These tools look at visits in general and aren't used to work out who you are.
Cookies are small files your browser stores so a site can remember a visit or count traffic. The site and the outside services it uses, such as analytics and the contact form, may set them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work, though some features like the form may not behave as expected.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to answer your question, set up and carry out an estimate, do the job you hire us for, send invoices and follow up on the work. We may also use it to keep records we need for taxes, warranties and our own business.
We use the automatic information to keep the site running, fix problems and understand which pages help people. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't put you on a marketing list you didn't ask to join.
Who we share it with
We share your information only when it's needed to do the work or run the business. That means service providers who help us, such as our website host, form service, analytics and email tools, plus suppliers or subcontractors when a job needs them, and only what they need for that task.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety or the rights and safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and messages for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. If you hire us, we keep job records, such as your contact details, the address, the work done and payment records, for as long as we need them for warranty questions, taxes and other legal or business reasons.
When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove the details that identify you. Analytics data is kept by the analytics tool on its own schedule.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. We'll do that unless we have to keep something for a legal, tax or warranty reason, and if so we'll tell you what and why.
Depending on the state you live in, you may have further rights under that state's privacy laws, and we'll honor the ones that apply to us. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request so we don't hand your information to someone else.
How we protect your information
We limit who can see customer information to the people who need it to do the job, and we use service providers that protect the data they hold for us. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please don't send us payment card numbers or other sensitive details through the form or by email.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on their homes or businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page. Checking back now and then is the best way to see the current version.
How to raise a privacy concern
If you have a question about this policy, want to make a request about your information or think we've handled it wrongly, get in touch through our contact page or call us at (813) 471-5856.
We're available Mon–Fri: 7 AM–11 PM and Sat–Sun: 6 AM–10 PM, and you can expect a reply within 1 business day. Tell us what you're asking about and how to reach you, and we'll take it from there.
